Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the US and its territories. We plan to expand to Canada shortly.
When should I expect to receive my package?
All items are in stock and orders are currently shipping within 1 business day of receipt. You can track your package once it ships in real time by clicking the tracking link in your Account Area or in your order confirmation email.
Is there a shipping cost?
Yes. Shipping costs are calculated in real time using USPS.
Why isn’t the tracking link working once I receive an email confirmation on the order?
Tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours after you receive your shipping notification. If your tracking information says “Pre-Shipment” that means your shipping label has been printed and your order is being prepared for shipment. Once the post office has received and scanned your package, the tracking information will update within an hour or so.
I still have not received my package, what do I do?
If your package shows as delivered on USPS.com, you should contact the United States Postal Service and give them the tracking number so they can locate your package. Though rare, sometimes packages are left with a neighbor. USPS has a page dedicated to helping you find lost packages here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
The tracking states it has been “Delivered” but I have not received it yet. What do I do?
Contact the United States Postal Service and give them the tracking number to your order to locate your package. USPS can hold packages for 30 days in their facility if they were unable to deliver the package. If your package shows “Delivered” on a weekend, USPS may deliver it the next business or mail day. This happens more often than one would think.
Post Office does not have my package. What do I do?
Contact Clean Hands & More and we will look further into the issue. We may resend your order after verification that the shipping address is correct.
Returns & Refunds
How do I Return my package / Get a refund on it?
We have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply message our customer support – Orders@CleanHandsandMore.com – and we will get back to you within 3 business days.
Please note that due to sanitation reasons, masks are not refundable for any reason beyond construction defects.
For any returns (except masks) simply return the unused portion of your product to us and we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping and handling.
I have not received an email confirmation for my order?
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully completed. You may need to check your spam folder as the message may end up there. Shipping email confirmations are also sent out when we print your shipping label to begin packaging. Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders for shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel orders before they ship. Once your order has shipped, it will show as “Completed” and will need to be returned to us for a refund. Please email Clean Hands & More as soon as possible about the cancellation of your order. Once we have cancelled the order, we will refund your payment excluding shipping and handling if your order has shipped.
What if I accidentally placed two orders, can I cancel one and have the other be shipped to me?
Yes. We can cancel and refund one order and have the other order processed for shipping. Please contact Clean Hands & More as soon as possible about the cancellation of your order.
What is the commission rate offered to affiliates?
Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on all orders successfully completed by their referrals, excluding shipping, handling and taxes.
How long does it take for my commission to be approved?
We hold commission processing and calculation for 30 days from the date of delivery in case an order is cancelled or refunded.
How do I get paid my commissions?
We pay commissions through PayPal to the payment email address you provide. You can change this payment address in your affiliate profile.
